What happens if I have my chibi pet or my experimental pet activatied when I complete the Bumbus Queen quest? Will it completely change their color and look? I really don't want any of my pets changing their colors. I love them the way they are.

The Bumbus Queen changes your pet into a Bumbus of the same color (if available, if not I think it turns common). But iirc you can choose the pet you want to change, it doesn't automatically go to your active pet.
