Ok, so this has been happening for a while... but just now have I noticed it's a problem that didn't fix itself.

At some point, maybe when the achievement page was revamped(?) my achievements reset. I participated in the Survival event with organ harvesting, yet have none of the achievements. I also participated in last year's Survival but got the achievements again this year.

And just 5 minutes ago, I got a notice saying I've earned the "Kiss a user" and "Someone likes you!" achievements AGAIN.

What is happening?? Are my old + retired achievements lost for good?

Click the link at the top of the Achievements page that says "If you are missing achievements after your import, click here to process additional achievements." If any still don't update, try again then copy down the information it shows you (like the number you're on for tiered achievements) and file a ticket.

Also, the cumulative achievements' pop up messages don't actually show the correct number. So you might have just hit another tier.
