Yes, thank you. It isn't time for me to collect a new one apparently but thanks for the help anyhow.

There's been a glitch with them that sometimes you'll get your achievement but not the loyalty box. If you got the achievement, you may need to file a ticket (but your User Dashboard will also tell you if it's time. If it hasn't changed from 7 years/11 months/4 weeks/x days to 8 years for example, you have to wait until the exact time)
