If you buy $20 of CSC, you get an additional 100 CSC free. Does the bonus apply to the 2100 CSC or just the 2000 CSC?

It applies to the 2100! So for example I bought 3500 a little while ago (the 3k + 500 bonus) and got 4200 all up.
