Did you click on anything on that page? Did you just recently claim a skin in the wardrobe?

I claimed the disease I had finished.

What did you click on originally to claim that one, was it a random option? There's another thread where someone claimed their skin when it finished, and before they could click cancel on the VIP page he got bitten and infected again, my guess is that's what happened to you.

But with a new strain there are no cure to fix it, so I would file a ticket and complain and see if there's anything they can do :/

I still think it's bullshit that you can even get reinfected just like that, especially considering lots of people chose a specific strain for a reason :/

Body horror really freaks me out and Angler and Deathworms are two of the most frightening for me.
