I've been a member here for 2 years, 4 months, 3 weeks, and 2 days, and yet I am just now earning the 1 year achievement? Um, I'm confused. How exactly does this work?

It's a retroactive achievement. Previously users who reached the 1 year mark didn't get anything, now they get a 1 week GA medal. You should have it in your inventory.

You should have received a Loyalty Box by now, that begins with year 2. There's a certain page you have to go to to receive it but I can't remember where. I hope someone else can help you with that.

Sorry I didn't respond to you sooner but I was rushing through quests and didn't see the event until now. I know it's there, somewhere, but I can't for the life of me remember where. I need to figure it out soon as my next one is due in just over 2 months. By any chance did the UA tell you where it is when she responded to your ticket?

You just need to go to the User Dashboard. But Loyalty Boxes are broken and people usually get the achievement but not the box itself. So unless it gets fixed by then, just count on filing a ticket when the time comes.

Thank you for telling me....I would have gone nuts! I did last year and finally got one, a month late. I had to take some time off and had no clue there was a problem. I know the box doesn't come on your actual Subeta anniversary, a week or so after. Do you know how much time you have to wait?

It comes on your anniversary, down to the minute though. So if your dashboard says you've been a member for 3 years, 11 months, 4 weeks and x days you need to wait until it rolls over to 4 years.

Perfect! I think I'm May 11th but I'd have to check on that. I did make a note in Notepad so I won't make a ticket too early. Thank you for clearing that up for me.

Look at this! Member For: 7 years, 9 months, 1 week, 5 days I'm amazed the don't have the minutes listed! Too funny. I now know to keep an eye on that rather than the calendar. I literally do count the days till that box comes in.
