I'm thinking about getting infected by biting, but I don't know how to enable this possibility. Another question is that, if you get infected of a strain of years past, how do you get cured. Do you have to buy the medicine of that year or what? Thank you.

You have to buy the strain you want on the VIP page, also linked on the news page. You don't need a cure at all, you can just turn the skin off in the beta wardrobe once it's fully progressed (you can't cure it before then).

And how can I enable being bit?

It's automatic once you buy the strain. Only zombies with that strain will be able to bite you (any zombie, including 2015 zombies) can bite you if you choose a random strain.

And if they bite you, what happens?

You need ~4 bites to get infected, or it'll take about 2 days to progress on its own if no one bites you. Then your first signs of infection should start showing up on your HA shortly after that and it takes up to 16 hours or so to move onto the next stage. On your final stage, you'll be able to use the skin in your wardrobe and turn it on and off whenever you want c:
