here is a list of all the zombie skins. Click on the one you have and compare your skin to the images to see which stage you are at.

aren't the skins not available until you reach the final stage? I checked my wardrobe and I do not have any

easiest way to see is to complete undress your HA, save, and then come back here and check for any marks on your HA.
