I know during Halloween I got the Hydrus skin, among others, and I've been infected with the Baker's Kiss and Love Bug zombie skins before. When I tried to claim skins in the wardrobe, though, it says I have none to import. Did I miss something that said no previous skins before a certain time would be moved over? Or was it if you were only currently using the skin? I'm confused.

If you didn't keep your zombie strains until the Skin system was installed, you no longer have any claim to them so they won't be importable. Similarly, if you cured your Hydrus skin before the new system was put in place, you won't be able to import it.
