The Vali Hair Coupon comes from which is valued at 19mil but the hair coupons are random so...don't think it's an accurate representation of price?

Crap I can't remember if I bought that one from the CS directly or from a user. The thing about hair coupons is there is always a chance for them to show up in the CS Hustler, so any price point you put it at can easily be undercut/redetermined. I feel like 25mil is a good price point to start. I mean, I've personally never seen any above that in user shops, but that's just me. I recall the Lai coupon being priced at 23mil once upon a time in SS, but I don't know if anyone ever bought it for that.

Plus 25 mil is basically double what they were in the CS (250CSC = 12.5mil sP) so that seems reasonable for something not in shops. Plus, people will always want to negotiate. :)
