other than counting toward the "eat x different foods" Achievement, I don't think there's any special ones for Candy Hearts.

Thank you! My backdrop is a mix of several backdrop and foreground items layered over each other. It's Ocean Grit, then the sharks, then the Piano Key so the sharks seem more distant, then the sea nettles, then the deep sea rocks and the single feeler hermit crab.
