I find this to be no less than unjust and horrific, being a Florida resident myself. I'm ashamed that legislatures have stooped to something this barbaric.

Ridiculous question but... does that affect unisex bathrooms too?

This is insane. I really hope that people in this world (well, Florida) are kind enough to not allow this bill to pass.
[flower=joy]
Thank you!
Good motherfucking god damn what the actual shithouse is this fucked up garbage ? Someone needs to be fucking kicked in the nads
collecting Banning trans people from using public restrooms and arresting people for feeding the homeless? Oh, Florida. :(
How cruel... Who the genius(es) who brought up the idea?

Remember, Florida also accidentally made all smart devices that can access the internet illegal as well

I realize Florida is shaped like a dick but there is no reason why their elected officials should act like dicks
And Indiana just passed a bill making it okay to refuse to serve lgbt people at any place of business. Such bullshit.
I just rofl'd so fucking hard. XD Thank you for that. One of my favorite sayings that's similar - Just because you have a dick, doesn't mean you have to be one!
Glad I got a laugh. That was an edited comment because I thought of after after I posted XD
I live in Florida and did not know this but the bill in stupid. Like really [br clear=all]
Fuck this bullshit.
The States are seriously fucked up. Glad in Canada "family" washrooms are becoming more common so if someone doesn't pass they can at least use those. They're a lifesaver for me right now since being in the women's washroom doesn't feel right (and people are going to start questioning soon), but I don't pass well enough to use the men's washroom.
There are a lot of problems when it comes to washrooms though, like how nobody bats an eye if women bring children into the women's washroom but idiots freak out if men bring children into the men's room. Lots of people jump to stupid and unfair conclusions about men in public. People just need to keep out of others' business in general when it comes to washrooms...
Don't trans people have enough problems without deliberately adding more? There is no logical, rational reason for this kind of law. What are they so damned afraid of that they lose all sense of human decency? And why the fuck do people ever vote for them?
