I have an event on my sidebar that says: Your username was taken from you after a year of inactivity! Click here for a free username change

When I go to change my username, it says: Oh No! You don't have enough credits!

I screwed up while resetting my password of this long-inactive account (thanks to Sierra's help getting it back!) and instead of making a new password ended up making a new account. I have some terrible eyesight and thought it was the reset page and that it was asking me reset my password and reacquaint myself with the rules. I froze that account when I realized it wasn't the same account as this one since it didn't have my pets. I've tried changing my username to something else besides my original one but it isn't working either. Uh oh?

there isn't anything us users can do about this one. You should file a Ticket in Help.
