I bought some credits, using PayPal over 24 hours ago, and even though PayPal says it went through, the Credits never arrived.

Does anyone know if there's an issue with the PayPal credits actually being credited? Or if there's some sort of delay happening that might be the reason why mine haven't come through yet? I don't normally purchase credits on here, so this delay has me a little uneasy....

If Paypal says it went through, file a ticket. I believe you're actually supposed to file a ticket anyway if it takes over 24 hours.

I've had this happen once to me and filed a ticket. You'll need to supply the Unique Transaction ID for the payment (which you can find when you click Details for that particular payment in your recently activity list) and the email of your paypal account from memory. The admin should be able to credit the right amount when everything checks out. Good luck! c:

Is it the first time you had to create a ticket because of paypal?

I believe this is the first time. Maybe the 2nd. I don't know. It really has been quite some time since I needed to use the credit shop or rather wanted to haha..
