It varies. If it's taking a while for you to get a response, it could be there are a lot of tickets to deal with at the moment.

It's never taken more than a day, in my experience.

it also depends if your ticket is a general any staff can help thing or if it's something only a specific admin is in charge of handling and they have a que as well
