i hope you can help me and i hope it's okay to ping you? my friend plays since january 2nd. He made a new email-adress for the registration. he also informed the team, that we often use the same pc. Now he has been locked out, and forgot both his password here AND the mail password - goofy xD so is it maybe possible to have the email changed by an admin, so that he could confirm he is he, again? it's nearly the same just a different provider as far as i know! also how many tries does he have to log-in with wrong passwords until something bad happens?

The forum mods won't be able to help with this - your boyfriend needs to submit a ticket, which he can actually do without even logging in. The ticket will be assigned to an admin who can help him out from there. As far as I remember, it has to be handled by him, not by you as a proxy.
thank you! i expected something like that, the problem i see is that he can't even log in his subeta-email account, so he would have to write mail from a different email account. i don't think they will accept this, but i'll tell him to do so, and hopefully it will work
He doesn't need to send an email - the ticket link is actually available on Subeta. Have him try here, and sorry, I thought I linked to it in my first post and must've just totally spaced out.

he tried. it's from web.de but it didn't work, they wanted him to call them, but their hotline costs 3,99€ for one call... greedy asses.... i'm not sure why they didn't have any security questions or something like that. he sais he thought he wouldn't need the account again so he didn't save his main mail-adress for support issues.
(he is sitting next to me and boxed my arm for that, but it's just the truth =D)
