Before I read it to a pet, is Hazels Secret Design Journal just a book, or is it also a quest? It's text sounds like it almost is part of a quest, but I didn't see anything about it in what I could find on wikis and such. I figured it might be good to ask before just reading it to one of my pets.

It's just a book with a fancy description. c: You can safely read it to your pet, there's no quest tied to it or anything.
