Don't know if this is a bug or not so I'm posting here first. There have been numerous times where I've been in NPC shops where it says Restocked Now but yet no new (not just "new" as in new, but "new" as in different) items appear. Why is this?

I know I've experienced this in the past. I don't restock anymore, but back when it happened to me before what happened was:

I'd refresh the shop and it would say "RESTOCKED NOW" but nothing new appeared. After a few seconds, and refreshing, new items would appears.

I've also run into times when I'd refresh and new items would appear but it still said Restocked X minutes ago rather than RESTOCKED NOW.

I have experienced this here for years and never thought about it.

In the past in Subeta the chrons of the servers would often go out of phase, and sometimes some pretty weird stuff could happen where it would appear there's lots of stuff and nobody there to buy it but you and then they'd be all gone. Maybe you're noticing something out of sync now?

The shops clear out occasionally, so that may be it? It sometimes restocks just before a clearing, so it'll say it just restocked even though there's nothing there.

Sometimes it simply doesn't restock anything "new" - but if you look very closely, an item that was listed as, say 4 in stock will now say 5 or 6 in stock.

It may only have restocked 1 or 2 new items and those may have been grabbed already by the time you refresh.
