sP Exchange Center.. Can anyone tell me where this is instead of sending the link. I thought it was in the Arctic but I guess I was wrong.

You should not. It is deprecated. There's no real reason for this site feature to remain one, that's probably why it didn't get put on the new map, just like teh Gym Vending Machine didn't. You can outright buy something, or offer on junk in Trades.
But if you have a pet that just happens to LOVE paper money, you can find it by Googling it or being told about it and being given a link.
I strongly believe there needs to be a "No Help Given" forum and that you should be given a Moderator position there.
The sP exchange is here, however, it is kind of obsolete as there are no vouchers above 10k sP, and you can't turn in more than 50k every day. Depending on what you need the exchange for, it might be best to find another way.
