I'm not able to haggle for the cost of the item in any shop.It goes and buys the item without having the opportunity to haggle.

Yeah, there's a buff you can get for 15% off (apparently it's pretty common). It was announced through # siteupdate

So no buff then you pay full price....this kind of stinks!....i'm back to not being able to haggle again...a few thousand on each quest that adds up....i don't care for this at all.The whole idea behind questing was to put sp back into our pockets...

You're losing a few hundred sP on the vast majority of items, maybe a few thousand on the jewelry items. It's not like you won't make it back through questing (and the buff is common, I got it twice today, and it lasts for six hours. More than enough tinge to finish all of your quests)

Hi,there is another thread going and i brought up the same fact there.Haggling adds up to a discount and not haggling means spending more Sp..The whole idea about haggling was getting the discount...i don't have a buff and i'm just paying out the cost as it is written....still don't see the good in this at all....
