EDIT: I've decided on the pet, so I'm repurposing this thread!

WR (name to be decided) is a superheroine pet based on a Batman OC. Her name is White Rabbit and - surprise, surprise - she has leaping powers thanks to her high-tech prosthetic legs, as well as homemade power armour and a (somewhat unreliable) portal gun. She idolises heroes like Batman and Superman, who mainly shake their heads at her enthusiasm and remind her that crime fighting isn't a game. In her civilian life she's an engineer who uses a wheelchair and cane. TC Ideas: Superhero items, bunnies, Alice In Wonderland, cute accessories like bows and frills, prosthetics, wheelchairs, canes. I'm aiming for a pastel yellow/pink/blue colour scheme, if that helps. Minions: Rabbits? Bats? Mice?

my opinion go with Idea 3. Idea one and two is just,.. I don't know I find canon characters lame in my honest opinion. That is just me though from being an role player of twenty odd years. I am not trying to start any arguments. it just lacks unique creativity in my eyes.

Fan pets are all well and good... I have a couple myself and I always enjoy seeing others' interpretations of outsourced characters. However, the majority of my pets are my OCs from my writing, so I'd also go with idea 3. I'd pick my OCs over just about any fanpet. You never know when you'll fall out of a fandom or not be so enamored with the character anymore, but I feel an OC is forever.

They already said they have a bunch of other fanpets, so why throw shade at fanpets? Kinda rude.

I like idea because I don't know the Warhammer series very well (seems like a legit character tho) and it seems more developed than from what you have here. From your little blurb White Rabbit sounds like a really neat character and a lot of fun both in the context of her comic origins and as a standalone character.

Nothing wrong with fan pets! Most of my pets are fan pets; two are canon characters (Tak and Desdinova) and the others are my OCs from various fandoms.

I like too. I love the idea that she's a.) a female engineer and b.) of different ability. I also think an Alice in Wonderland TC would be awesome :D

I think she'd work best as a Spectrum Kanis, since those are white :) Also, from what you say about her, I would think it would fit her personality better, as the Storm one looks kind of timid.

WR is a new OC but I'm really fond of her already, mostly because of the reasons you gave. I like Oracle and Daredevil, so I started wondering why there wasn't more differently abled superheroes around. As soon as I'm finished with the last of my uni work, I'll probably pump out a load of fanart and fanfic, maybe even start RPing with her.
