I have been buying from the main shops, and when I click on an item, it allows me to buy it automatically. The option to give a lower price has been removed, it seems. Also, the capture has also been removed. Is this a new change?

Yes, it was changed a few minutes ago. Anything with a rarity under 90 will not require you to haggle.

I only just discovered this change a little while ago, myself. I actually enjoyed the ability to haggle, but at least the new system still automatically counts my discount card. Silver linings, I suppose. Still, I think it'll take me some time to get used to it.

has just added an account buff that gives you 15% discount. It is acquired randomly as you restock and it lasts 6 hours. The buff gets applied first in sequence, if you have a discount card.
