I have one of every thing in my inventory, one tincture, one layer card, and one token, but the layer card option is not showing up at all. I know there have been threads about the layer cards not working if there are more than one in the inventory. But the option for choosing the layer card is not showing up at all.

Are you sure you have a wearable token? Its working fine for me. The layer card only shows up when you select a wearable token.
