Need an overlay =badly= for Robert the Rabbit

So, I'm at it again. I have another amazing pet story in mind, and I really need to get this overlay and profile done.
The idea is that he's in a display case in a museum, so it will be a complete redraw. The colours, blood and other details will come from THIS image of Robbie the Rabbit. I want him to be sitting in a small wooden chair, or just sitting, in a display case with red velvet along the bottom, and a glass display case drawn in the image as well. At the top of the display case, I would like "Please do NOT touch the glass" on a golden placard. His head, of course, will need to be larger, and the arms and legs extended a bit. I want the image to reflect the one I linked above, and either using the existing pet structure, or a complete redraw, whichever you prefer to do, so long as it keeps true to Robbie the Rabbit. :D

The name, Robert The Rabbit, I would like visible, but the colour, species and owner, if possible, hidden.
I'm wondering if, along with a hover that makes it invisible until after you hover on it, there could be an image of another golden placard that says "Absolutely NO Flash Photography" on it.
If not, I will think of another place for it.
I want the image on the left side of the page.
As for the profile, I need a faded to black background with a pedestal (like the one on the right) underneath the display case, and a text box centered on the right. Hanging from it, like with the 'VIP' cards, I want another placard that says "Do not Enter."
I know it's a lot of work, and sounds like a pain in the ass, but I'm willing to work with anyone, at nearly any price :) As long as you're fair.
- Hi! I would love to do the profile for you but I would suggest getting the overlay first for something like this. The profile can be made around it so everything fits well and the final outcome will look tons better.
Alright! I have a friend that might be doing the profile, but if not, I will sMail you as soon as I get an overlay. Having an issue getting it done, and the only person that's said they can do it, won't be able to until march. lol
