I am mostly looking for prices in actual dollars/csc Real money being the main priority for pricing. (I don't mind point prices either for down the road, but it's not a priority atm)

Your art is beautiful, I belive you could charge around 15$ USD or 1500 CSC for the painted chibi arts and $30 or 3000 CSC if it's a full body painted character. Then, if it's with background or more characters/complex items, you can start adding. But I belive that's the amount your art quality should go for. Of course, you can offer linearts for less, or plain painting without shading for less :)
