How do we view past loyalty cards to see what, if anything, we earned for our csc purchases?

Unfortunately you only have access to the current one, not any past ones, and you can only fill it once.

Any way to tell what items I should have received from the last one? I know I bought csc several times, but I don't know if I got my loyalty items.

I think you'd just have to check if you have them on your account, there's no way I know of to view the previous card/stats from it.

I wish there was a cash shop purchase history somewhere, and a way to tell what came with what level of csc buying.

If you bought CSC in the past you would have had to visit the reward card page to actually receive the items you earned. The stamps and rewards only seem to trigger when you visit the actual card page.

From the news post on release though (October 17th 2014) I believe the items went in this order

2000 CSC: 4000 CSC: 6000 CSC: 8000 CSC: 10,000 CSC:
