Is it possible to get the Bhakoru from the Miracle Potion II? Or is it exclusive to the past event?

The option's a reward for completing the Blake Steele plot a couple years ago. You can create a new pet or morph an existing one. It's retired, and I don't know if they plan to bring that back. Likely not.

I don't believe there are any restriction to the colors or pets from the Miracle potions. Or you can have someone who completed the plot to transfer a Bhakoru over, like I did for people. They revert to a Common Kumos though in the pound, so pounding's not an option.

To answer your original question, yes you can get a Bhakoru from a Miracle Potion II - just tested it with the one I have in my Vault.

And thank you for the help everyone one. I wasn't sure if retired pets were fair game with that potion.

You can also zap one, or at least a scribble one (and from there change it to whatever). Though getting specific things from the zapper is a pain in the butt.
