So I actually want to do all my pet profiles myself but lately I am stuck with a serious lack of ideas regarding well - everything x_X I have no idea what background to use or how to pose all the different sections. Does anybody maybe has a site where I could view some layouts? They don't even have to be subeta-specific. I just need something to get myself inspired.

This is like... a super broad question. I mean, most people make (or have commissioned) each individual pet's profile according to the story. I mean, if you're stuck with a layout design, I'm sure you could always peruse the profile market forum and look at what other people have done shrug
