Prayer Flag Path Marker says it is a backdrop but it is in front of my HA. is there a trick to get it behind her?

Make sure that you're in the Beta wardrobe (link is on the top of the regular wardrobe page.) Then click and drag the background down underneath the base layer on the list of items you're wearing. :)
