Can the Golden Glory Scratchcard be bought from the SC Stand (if so, what are the odds?) or are they only available through the achievements?

I heard there was a really small chance of buying one from the NPC, although I've never seen anyone confirming it yet. Just scratch enough to get one from the achievement, or buy one from user shops if you need the scratchcard types achievement.

When the achievement was upped, it was possible to get one from the stand for awhile (that's where I got mine) but it was a glitch and was fixed. You can get one as the item prize from scratching another card though.

Thanks, I always assumed that you could get one there, just that it was really rare. Unfortunately I am over the first achievement for the card and no-where near the second, so I will have to buy one.
