I have a fox tail (from Ren faire) a Tiered corsety like skirt, a vest, a scarf for my head, a leather cup, i am going to wrap a piece of fur around my wrist, a vial full of fake blood, over the knee suede boots, a white flowy button up shirt, and another scarf to go around my waist. I could not find a corset, this outfit is for the renaissance faire.

Pants were actually more common among women pirates, to be fair lol. How soon is the faire? If you've got time, you could order a corset like belt off of Amazon. The only problem is some of it comes from China which could take 2+ weeks

Not sure how the fur on the wrist or the blood vial quite spell out pirate...but you know what, one of the awesome things about renn faires when one isn't a performer is getting to just dress up and be silly and fun. A costume for a faire doesn't have to be accurate if it makes you happy.

The fur would be from animals I killed, and the blood vial vampire blood (legend says if you drink a sip of blood you get the strength of a vampire, and that would be how I rule the seas..)
