So I'm posting this for a friend. She made a subeta account less than a year ago and forgot her username. She tried every possible name she remembered and none worked. Is there any way to get it back somehow?

: Perhaps she can send SubetaTeam an email explaining this problem. Maybe they can retrieve her username by using her email searching the database? (Make sure she gives them the mailadress(es) she used making her Subeta acc) Hope this can be fixed! Good luck

Is there even an email adress to directly mail? Because the contact page links to the ticket center which she can't use without an account.

Oh wow didn't realize that! Maybe you can send ST a ticket from your acc? You can pass her emailadress to them? Otherwise I don't know which advice to give you :( Really hope she gets her acc back. Happened to me once before on another website so I know how annoying and frustrating this feels :)

yeah i said that if i didn't really find a solution that I would make a ticket for her :)

I hope so too, I'm trying to lure her into Subeta instead of continuing with Neopets. So lets hope there is a solution before she changes her mind.

That's very nice of you and she should! It's the right thing to do! A friend of mine did the exact same thing and I am still thankful he did :) Good luck on getting her acc back AND convincing her. You are a good friend. :)

I know frozen users can use this email: .net">support.net. So there is a way to contact Subeta without an account.

Yep that's the one. I ended up making a ticket and the UA gave me that email adress as well ^^
