I am looking for a website or something that tells me when certain items stock in the shops. NOT when the stores stock just certain items thanks.

They stock randomly. All the shops and all the items stock randomly

shops stock more often and with more stuff the more people who are online, and less stuff less often when there are less people online. That's the only non-random part of it here.
