I have encountered myself with some profiles whose Last Seen says never.
At first I thought there'd be a way to do that manually but after doing all that could be done. Nothing.
I mean, of course I understand how the feature works but my issue is, when does it say never? Is it manually editable?

The "never" is a bug
You can hide it in your preferences, though, but it will show as "hidden", not as "never"

Does it appear at random? or once you have that bug, is it still forever?
Do you have any idea of what causes it?
