I'm not sure if this has been already suggested previously, but if it has, please feel free to lock.
So I'm going for Gourmand and having a pet with 1,600+ foods eaten, it's getting tedious to flip back and forth between pages trying to find what foods I haven't already fed. The same could be said for collections. I've got quite a large plushie collection going and I wanted to see if I had any of the New Year plushies already in my collection but finding them is tedious without a search feature.
For arguments suggesting the use of Wishlists or Account Search instead:
Yes, wishlists and the account search feature is a good way to keep track of your progress or an efficient way to see if you already have an item. However, things get muggy if for example you are feeding multiple pets foods or collecting multiple plushies or other collection items for treasure chests, etc.
Also noted below by , there is no easy way to search a friend's or other user's collections without scouring through sometimes pages of plushies, beanbags, etc. Adding a search feature will save loads of time if you're trying to find that perfect gift for somebody!
It just seems more efficient to have a built-in search feature for these lists, in my opinion ouo
Besides the Account Search, you could always just make a checklist on Subetalodge
I use Firefox as my main browser so it's always complicated updating it :( I'm not keen on switching browsers
I use FF too and I don't have a problem? Especially with the adding via URL, which is possible with all the collections as well as pets' foods eaten and books read.
This would be awesome for searching other people's collections also!
^I second the above notion :U
, you should add what said to your argument., for the sake of trying to gift others things they dont have. Thats something that cant be solved with account search or subetalodge. :)
Thanks for your opinions! I'll add 's point to the original post :)
