I am probably one of the few people on here who only recently discovered the loyalty card. I had no idea what kind of time frame I would have to complete the card, so when I heard there was a new one being released in a week or so, I felt like it wasn't fair. I haven't been around long enough (since I've returned from my break) to even guess when the next card might be coming out. That makes me nervous about buying CSC for the purpose of filling out my reward card again. The reward card was a major reason why I decided to buy CSC.
My suggestion would be to state the fact that levels/stamps don't roll over, on the loyalty card page (http://subeta.net/reward_cards.php). I couldn't find that information and had to ask on the forums. Ideally, I'd want my points to roll over to the new card if I haven't even completed the current one, but I'm not sure how realistic that is. Maybe even a rough prediction of when the current card will be retired and levels reset would be comforting. Not being able to know how long my rewards will be valid seems unintentionally scammy on Subeta's part (emphasis on "unintentionally").
Basically I have NO idea what I'm talking about and it'd be nice to see this stuff clarified on that page, officially, for everyone to see. If this information is actually somewhere on the site, its certainly not easy to find.
The first came out July 20th. The current has been out since October 17th. Maybe a two minute search on Google.
I agree, however, that it could say on the page between which dates it's valid. It's not really nice to expect us to remember every news post ever made.
As nice as it would be, especially for new people or people who haven't bought CSC much if at all before, to have the dates listed, it would require staff to not only plan a new release date 3 months ahead but also be able to stick to it. And believe me, it's disappointing enough finding out the day of that the new card isn't coming out as planned. Things happen, and I understand but I'm not sure how that would go over if the date has been on the page for 3 months already and then something comes up.
However, they're all coming out around mid-month, more or less so maybe "valid October 17th through mid-January. Watch the News page for updates" would be better.
I feel like it would be nice to have some more information about it on the page certainly what date the card started and the estimated duration with a note that it's not exactly * amount of months that, might be a day less, a week more.
Plus i think it would be handy if it would be more specific: every 10$ gets you a stamp, but only every 20$ gives you a reward, every 20$ a different one and it's set which one you get (no random variable). And more importantly: you only get 1 reward card, if it's full: it's full.
I think this is something for , she has been looking around and taking suggestions on where to add information around the site.

I think that at the very least the date that the card was released should be somewhere on the page.
I would also like to see on the page the items that I have earned on the card. If you were to ask me what the items were for this card I would have no clue and would have to go searching. I also have no idea which forum title I've received.

Subeta is a business. It should be run like one. Planning something like a new loyalty card should not be such a difficult task.
I agree. But just that happened with the October card, a date was announced and things came up and Morostide had to be the focus, so the card came out late. I wouldn't want to be disappointed by that again because when it comes to the last week or two, I do try to wait until the card comes out to buy CSC.
