Where/how do I use these?

at the New Year Shop. Once there, look for a link near the top of the page to turn them in. They need to be in your inventory so you can turn them in. You can get to the shop anytime by clicking on the Other Currencies link in the Subeta: tishybug area of your dashboard. Or you can get there by choosing Vault in your menu, currency storage. Its under seasonal currency.
