How do i add pictures to my shop? i'm new and don't know the site very well.

use a css code to put them in the shop description area, though a heads up most people simply won't shop in a shop that takes extra time to load if they are working on quests. And there's also the ability for users to block pics in shops anyhow so few people will even likely see what you put up.

Not saying you shouldn't but that it might not get the views you might want.

THe other half of what said my shop banner appears to be broken, but when it worked, people recognized my shop. My shop is one of the ten biggest and if I said "I own Ephemeral Concepts" they had no icea, but if I said "my shop has the sky dream tattoo banner" they knew instantly. Branding counts.

I too won't shop at shops where the image is very big, though. If you make your banner the size of a billboard here, you should be fine.
