Can you get Angelic from it? Since it's a pretty expensive cash shop color I'm thinking no but I thought I would ask anyway.

Pet Zappers: You can take your pet to the original Pet Zapper or Ultimate Pet Zapper (v2) (both are located in the Darkside) and have it randomly zapped into other colors. However, the Pet Zappers can also change your pet into other species, do gender changes, raise stats or do nothing at all... so use them at your own risk. NOTE: You cannot obtain Angelic, Hydrus, Galactic, Nostalgic and Steamwork via the zappers.
