These plushies aren't in the New Years Shop. Is there some other way to get them?

Also there's ten 2012 beanbags total, but only four of them are in the shop, are the other six supposed to be in there too?

I think they only added items above a certain price range last year, not sure if they still fall under that price or anything since I think they just kept the same items in the shop that were brought back last year.
