Hi tartar butts firstly happy New Year's Eve and happy new year depending on where you are in the world! From both me and jovi. We're so happy to have our little cult and go into another new year with you all. This thread is for questions and registration only. Progress and chatting will be on another thread.

Seeing as its New Years it's time to make some resolutions! This year I thought up a cute little twist to help motivate everyone. Whether it's wanting to train up a baby pet, do your battle quests everyday, reach a new tier, get that weapon you've been meaning to get. Hopefully this will motivate you!

We're making a boot camp and a friendly bit of competition! To enter simply keep track of one post for yourself. Write down your New Years resolutions for battling. Every resolution you complete you will get a series of points. Doing your battle quests everyday you will receive one point per day. This is totally separate of the bq lottery so see that thread for the lottery.

Resolutions points

1. Battle quests per day 1 point

2. Reach a new tier on your main battle pet 20 points

3. Reach a new tier with a separate pet 5 points. Must be a registered pet.

4. Increase your ap 1 point

5. Beat a challenger on your main pet 2 points for easy no additional point bonuses. 5 points for medium 1 point bonus for 5 wins 2 point bonus for 10wins 8 points for hard 2 point bonus for 5 wins 4 point bonus for 10 wins 10 points very hard 5 point bonus for 5 wins 8 point bonus for 10 wins points reduced in half for every additional pet including bonus points.

6. Beat an impossible challenger for the first time 20 points or beat an impossible challenger 5 times for 10 points or 10 times for an extra 20 points.

7. Max out a tier of tokens enough to afford a component 20 points for each tier.

8. Shinwa quest everyday 1 point

Big bonuses! Battle quest once per week for every week in 2015 total 100 points bonus Shinwa quest once per week every week in 2015 total 50 points Cap out a pet to max stats in 2015 200 points Reach tier 12 with your main or secondary pets 100 points per pet

Will update this further with suggestions c: and finalization. This is a p big task to organize so any feedback is awesome as I try to jiggle out the point system with you guys and jovi. There will be a separate thread for posting your own daily progress this thread will be for comments and for your own personal talley post where you note down your achievements and points total. Please try to include the dates you achieve something. Also don't cheat and be a butt. If I have to check every account before sign up is over I will D8 just don't be a butt ok.

To enter simply link your current pet and their stats and a link to your battle opponent stats. Main pet and side pets you want to use. You must note the pet for them to qualify. End of signing up is 4th January. In this period you cannot add pets. Points accumulated before this date do not count to give people time to sign up and register.

Entry Rules!

1. Max of of main pet and two side pets. Totaling 3 pets per user.
2. Must include pet names their starting stats and links to their battling stats in your post so I can see all your stats in your first post.
3. No entries past 4th and no additional pets allowed. Must post on this thread to count. No smails or comment entries.
4. Must update your post with your score, goals achieved, which pet achieved in your entry post.
5. I'll do a monthly check and headcount.
6. Only tokens earned by your three entry pets count for, your starting total. No additional tokens earned by other pets count. Please keep count of your tokens earned separate if you have additional pets you're training.

To keep track use spoilers here's an example! You can make it as organizes or as basic using this format as you like. As long as I can follow it and you can follow it then we're all good.

Prizes!

There will be three top places. The top places will receive a copy of an exclusively designed Tartarus wearable with copies only for the top three and the artist and some other prizes based on ranking and max total points at the end of year.

Additional prize scaling may be added dependent on participation over the year/ interest and prize scaling. I may add a top 10 with an additional cw c: all cw items will be gender neutral. I will finalize this on the 4th.

I'm not really sure I understand, but it sounds interesting. So we just enter our pets and keep track of which golas we have accomplished, and you keep a doc to track the points?

Here's some additional suggestions: Goal for capping a pet
reach a higher tier with your secondary pet for those who have T12s who can't get to a higher tier. Do Shinwa quests every day of the week

@ Jigglypuff I am a bit confused, but I am in, I love this idea...might help me stay on top of my training and battling. I have been so slacking. lol Just need to decide who I am going to use besides Smokely.

@ jigglypuff one question...I have planned to add a new battle pet to my little army, can I use him or should I use one of my littler pets?

- Yeah, it'll be difficult to achieve a perfect balance, but I think I will join anyway as some motivation, even though it's quite unlikely that I get in the top 3 :P I think that this will be more motivational than the so called 'motivational trainers board' which just makes me depressed at my lack of progress.

For the token goal, do you want us to list the tokens we already have? I mean, I already have a stash of over 500 easy tokens, which is far more than enough to buy the components. Also, do we need to keep track of the tokens earned by only the pets entered (I am training 12 pets because I'm crazy)

- That is going to be difficult to keep track of! I'll try, but might have to just focus on impossible tokens for the moment, since Endalin is the only one who can beat them. Ooo, maybe a goal for entering a new training time category? It would be nice to get rewarded for that instead of it being a sad sad moment :P
