Just curious, because I really wanted that Essence of Melody, and just now got to 25 days of visiting her. But now there is no prize for this, just for 31 days. which i won't be able to get, because i'm missing two days... hmm :(

You have to go every day from December 1-25, not just any 25 days. Sorry :c

so i got the achievement, but not the prize...? guess i'll have to wait another year... sigh

You shouldn't have the achievement either, I don't think. You might want to file a ticket on that one.
