Update: This was in fact a bug. I filed a ticket and a staff member removed the achievement and item from my account. In case if anyone else had this same problem!

Today, I received the Melody Regular 2014 achievement along with the Essence of Melody upon visiting Melody's Cottage. However, I don't think I deserve this. If memory serves correct, I thought I had to visit her cottage December 1-25 daily to receive these. My memory is kind of fuzzy because every Luminaire, I always forget a day or two to visit, lol. I looked through SubetaLodge, and I'm pretty sure I forgot to visit one day (Dec. 17th to be specific; those items don't look familiar to me at all). Not to mention, my achievement counter says 25/31 as opposed to 26/31 for today if I did visit her daily.

Is it a bug that I was given the achievement and item? I've never received the Essence of Melody before when I didn't visit her daily so I feel like I wasn't supposed to receive this item, unless if the requirements have been adjusted and I didn't realize it. The item is my biggest concern. I feel bad having it locked in my inventory when I feel like I wasn't supposed to get it in the first place.

I also received the achievement and the Essence of Melody, despite having missed a day (Dec. 22nd I think). Since the achievement was first implemented in 2012, a user was only supposed to get the achievement and prize when they had visited 25 consecutive days. I am pretty sure it's an error that we got them, , and I doubt that somehow we are the only people who have or will be affected.

Iirc from last year, staff has to turn off the counting on the achievement after the 25th because it can't keep track of whether or not the days were consecutive, only that you went 25 days in total. But you'll probably need to file a ticket to have it taken care of anyway

Thank you! I had that problen as well (sorry for missing this thread). As a suggestion, would it be possible to make the achievement in future years working based on a checklist for every day seperately instead of only having a number being increased by 1 for every day visited?
