How is a Burnt Sweety Bun an Account Upgrade?

I have a Burnt Sweety Bun in my inventory and they put it under the Account Upgrade category. When I click on it, there are only the normal feed options, donate, delete, etc. How is this an account upgrade? Is there something I don't know about?

The categories aren't accurate, unfortunately. The is just a food item.
