Where is the pet adoption (not the "create pet"), and how do you get a bhakoru or neela? Hugs :)

the adoption center is at Delphi Beach. The Neela is available in the Cash Shop for 250CSC and the Bhakoru is a pet you can only create when you participated in the saheric plot in 2012 (?)

For the Bhakoru, there are often people you can find in the Pet forum willing to make one for you if you want one!

I believe there are Neelas sometimes available in the Adop-R-Us but they go pretty quickly, but Bhakuras can only be obtained if someone makes one and sends it directly over to you (I think they turn into a Kumos if you pound them). If you're looking for a Bhakura, here ya go :)
