Is it really worth it to assemble the treasure map? Also, if I've lost the password for the blue building, that means I can't access it anyway, correct? Thank you

The treasure map needed isn't that expensive, and I think the ue Building is a pretty good deal, you get access to creating Bumbus, a set of quests and shop, as well.

As for the password, I think that is automatically saved for you.
