The Festival Litter has been a permanent, daily item at the Recycle Beast since the Peek-a-Boo festival in July. While it was great to be able to get rid of our litter back then, I think people have had ample time to recycle it, and I'd like to see the Festival Litter's spot given to the random item rotation again. I'm not saying to ban it forever from the Recycle Beast, but just to remove it from being permanently stuck there.
