I love the snowball fight idea, it's super fun! I just wish there was a way for me to save files of my HA to my computer in a way that I could upload it to stylefile throughout the fight. =/ I don't need to be able to see the snowballs in my wardrobe, and I don't want to use a hairdrier of melty if I'm more than likely going to get pelted before I even save any HAs :(

~I'm heading to bed, but I'd love to see other people's thoughts on this. Maybe I'm just being whiny ;P

Yes! I was trying to find a way to do this yesterday, but with no luck. Granted, saving it so I could change my outfit seems a little pointless, seeing as I'm going to be covered in snowballs anyway.

I know many enjoy this snowball fighting but it get old pretty fast. A bit strange that a website where people pay to have CWs done and have huge wardrobes full of objects to use on the HAs can't use any of the great Luminaire backgrounds, clothing or objects (that people have paid money to have designed or purchased from the people who brought them out.) Why? Because the HAs are splattered with snowballs 24/7 and look ugly as sin. Why can't people enjoy their HAs and see them dressed as always - isn't there some way to have a special Forum where people can go to see their HAs splattered and ugly while they appear normal on the profiles? What's the point of anybody bringing out anything for Luminaire if nobody is going to be able to enjoy the items?

When I go to the wardrobe, the snowballs aren't on my HA. And yes, I am currently covered in them. But in the wardrobe it's just my normal avatar. o_O Though the snowballs do show on my saved avatars which is sort of unnecessary.

But people complain about the snowballs literally EVERY year.

Also, you can only be hit by snowballs if you choose to participate in the fight!
If you didn't want to be covered in snowballs then why did you join the snowball fight? The snowball fight is new to this year only and in previous years you could easily use the shield and not make a big deal (puts less of a target on you) but there's just no excuse. No one forced you to join, it said that if you don't want snowballs then don't participate. You joined a snowball fight and are surprised that there are snowballs on you.

Yeah, considering snowballs don't show in the wardrobe (if you have them turned off in Preferences), they shouldn't show in saved HAs either imo

No, it's not in the normal part of the wardrobe that they show up. It's in the saved HAs part. That's where you have to go to save your HAs. I'm not complaining about being covered in snowballs, because I like the event. I'm just wondering if there's not a way for Subeta to fix the saved outfits to not show the snowball overlay so I can save my outfits and upload them to My Style-File.

If the snowballs don't show up in the normal part of the wardrobe could you not just wear the saved outfits and save them that way?

You can't save them from the normal part because it's in overlay format, so if you save the image from there it just saves the top-most item overlay. So you'd get as a saved picture on my current.

I also tried screenshotting it, but then there's pretty intense editing to do to get all the white bg out without damaging the HA. =/ Sizing is annoying too.
