Hey there. I was (very nicely) given a pet with a custom overlay (thank you!). However I want to remove the custom overlay. How do I do it? Thanks!

Thanks but when I go to that page there are no pets. I submitted a ticket about it. Hopefully it's just a glitch.

nI'm pretty sure that official overlays stay with the account and not the pet, so it's probably coded into the description. I'm on my phone and can't link you there, but you should be able to remove it by clicking on 'edit description' under the dropdown menu for your pet and removing the code associated with it.

Oops, I didn't think to check the actual pet first. Yeah it's probably a glitch, or maybe something that was overlooked when custom pet overlays were implemented. Overlays are held in an image bank connected to the account that submitted it so it can be used for another pet if they choose to do so, but I don't remember seeing what happens to that image if the pet is ever adopted to someone else.

No you were helpful, you taught me some things. Staff said they'd talk to the programmers for me.
