I haven't been on in a while so I don't know if there's been any changes, lots from what I can tell. I went to my user dashboard to see if I can get a loyalty box for this year and I didn't get one, but I think I should have.

I've gotten one the past two years. I've got 2 pet slots from the pet slot loyalty totem. did they remove this feature?

the first year prize is a GA medal, you do not get to choose this. gave all users the first year prize retroactively, there didn't used to be a reward for the first year. A first year reward was debated as part of whether or not there should be a reward at all in Suggestions many years ago, and it was decided way back then that two years was the minimum. Now this is no longer true.

There was a glitch when the new Achievement system was introduced. If you think you are missing a loyalty box for some year that you don't remember redeeming except the first year, you should file a Ticket in Help.
